Refund and Returns Policy

Please read carefully before ordering!

  • All orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours after being confirmed.
  • Dispatch and shipping times may vary depending on the final destination of your order.
  • Tracking availability varies and will depend on the country and the product type that has been selected with your order. 
  • You must be aware that the item you are ordering is individually designed and unique. This means that the product is intended for you as a consumer, according to your wishes.
  • The delivered item consists of: 
    • phone cover base, 
    • final product – personalized phone cover, which is the phone cover, with integrated design elements chosen by you.
  • Non-compliance with the description means that you have received a final product that contains production or delivery damages or design elements that you did not choose during the ordering process.  Above mentioned Non-compliance is the reason when it is possible to request a replacement or refund for the product.
  • Other cases when it is possible to request a replacement or refund for a product – another product was sent, or the number or type of products sent is different.
  • We do not accept return because of: the goods, ordered from the store are individual/unique – products are personalized and “made-to-order” and there is no possibility to ship those products to someone else. According to an EU – legislation (Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
  • Correct action to prevent possible problems – double check the shape, size, design of the chosen product; We have made it possible to perform an additional check before placing the order, so please be careful!
  • If a situation arises where a refund or replacement is possible under this policy, your steps are:
    • you must contact us by writing to info@skivii.com;
    • the order number, date must be indicated;
    • the discrepancy must be described;
    • a photo recording showing the non-conformity of the product should be added.
  • Upon finding non-compliance, you are obliged to contact us immediately, but in any case, no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the moment of placing the order.
  • We are cooperative and will refund your funds in all cases where the request is justified in accordance with this policy. However, be aware that in case of fraud or suspicion of fraud, we reserve the right to apply to law enforcement agencies!
  • We are not responsible if an order does not reach its destination due to a wrong address provided in the checkout.
