Please read carefully before ordering.

 

Product Nature

  • You must be aware that the item you are ordering is individually designed and unique.
  • Each product is made-to-order and intended specifically for you as a consumer.

The delivered item consists of:

  • phone cover base
  • final product — personalized phone cover with integrated design elements chosen by you

 

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

A refund or replacement may be requested only in the following cases:

  • The product has production or delivery damage
  • The product contains design elements that were not selected during the ordering process
  • An incorrect product was sent
  • The quantity or type of products received differs from the order

Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns for products that are personalized or made-to-order.
  • According to EU legislation (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

To avoid issues:

  • Please double-check the shape, size, and design of your chosen product before placing the order.
  • We provide an additional verification step before checkout — please use it carefully.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If your case qualifies:

  • Contact us at info@skivii.com
  • Include:
    • Order number
    • Order date
    • Description of the issue
    • Photo evidence clearly showing the problem

Timeframe

  • You must contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from receiving the order.

Additional Notes

  • We are cooperative and will issue refunds or replacements in all justified cases according to this policy.
  • In cases of fraud or suspected fraud, we reserve the right to involve law enforcement authorities.
